Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting a Mobile Field Service Engineer to service hydraulic hose replacement and fluid power solutions across multiple industries. You will diagnose faults, perform on-site repairs, and maintain equipment, working independently on customer sites with a focus on reliability and safety.

This permanent, full-time role offers a base of £32,000–£35,000 with an uncapped bonus (OTE £45,000+), a company van, overtime opportunities and comprehensive training for

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, maintenance or engineering environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to diagnose and repair hydraulic hose and fluid power equipment failures.
• Carry out on-site hose replacement, assembly and repair work.
• Deliver fast and effective breakdown service to minimise downtime.
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a professional service at all times.
• Promote company products and services where appropriate.
