Permanent Futures Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the South of England. You will install, commission, and service electrical equipment, with travel to customer sites and a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation, Maintenance, or a related discipline.
• 17th or 18th Edition qualification.
• Previous field service, installation, maintenance or commissioning experience.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
• Comfortable travelling regularly to customer sites.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service specialist electrical equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults on customer equipment.
• Carry out electrical testing, wiring, and commissioning activities within live environments.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical support ahead of installations.
• Complete preventative maintenance and reactive service visits.
• Produce service documentation and reports following site visits.
