Job summary

Crowcon is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform on-site maintenance and calibration of gas detection equipment across customer sites. You will join the Field Service Team and handle proactive maintenance, repairs and commissioning of products.

The role covers Salisbury, Andover and surrounding areas with 2-person jobs; training is provided for RAMs/POWRAs, and you will help ensure life-critical components are cycled and serviced to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing gas detection equipment
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
• Ability to follow on-site testing and paperwork

Responsibilities

• Servicing, calibrating and repairing gas detection equipment to required standards
• Ensure serviced products are tested and left fully operational
• Support team on multi-engineer jobs and provide user training as needed
• Maintain van stock and calibration gas supplies for the region
• Complete on-site service reports and documentation on time
