Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a well‑established, expanding material handling company looking to recruit a new field‑based forklift service engineer to service their client base across the Great Yarmouth & East Coast areas. Responsibilities

• Servicing forklifts for businesses around the Great Yarmouth & East Coastareas
• Carrying out preventative maintenance and product installations
• Working on other material handling equipment to include pallet trucks and reach trucks where necessary
• Reporting to the Service Manager to ensure all equipment servicing is carried out efficiently
• Coordinating with the customers, resolving any queries to the customers’ satisfaction

Requirements

The company have a preference for an individual from a forklift truck background ideally with experience of working in field service. You will be able to work well on your own with your own initiative and have good customer facing skills. Ultimately, the company are after an individual with the right attitude and work ethic. In terms of location, you can be based anywhere around the Great Yarmouth & East Coast areas.
