Job summary
Cleansing Service Group Ltd in Scotland is hiring a Field Based Service Engineer to deliver maintenance and repair services to our commercial and domestic customers, focusing on sewage plants and pumping stations. You will diagnose issues, quote for repairs, and provide installation/refurbishment support.
The role is permanent, full-time, 48 hours per week, with a basic salary up to £40,000 plus overtime and on-call standby.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and good customer service.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Qualifications and/or experience in Mechanical / Electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of sewage treatment plant and pumping stations desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Able to work alone and within a larger team.
Responsibilities
- Field Based Service Engineer.
- Deliver maintenance and repair service to CSG customers, domestic and commercial.
- Diagnose, problem-solve and quote for repairs.
- Provide installation and refurbishment service of pump stations, treatment plants and interceptors.
- Maintain and update maintenance reports.
- Comply with Group H&S policies and behaviours.
- Demonstrate CSG management performance behaviours.
