Job summary
Evoke Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to service home heating systems across the East of England. You will diagnose, install, commission and repair oil and gas heating equipment, with substantial on-site work and some overnight stays as needed.
The role requires hands-on experience with domestic heating systems, a full UK driving licence and a proactive approach to customer service. Training will be provided on a range of technologies and products.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with domestic home heating systems.
- Experience with Oil-Fired or Gas heating systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair products under warranty at customer sites.
- Carry out site surveys, installations and commissioning when required.
- Provide technical advice to customers, installers and engineers.
- Maintain health and safety compliance and diary management.
