Field Service Engineer (Coffee Machines)

Are you a technically skilled Field Service Engineer with experience in bean-to-cup coffee machines, looking to join a company that offers door-to-door pay, a new Ford Transit Connect company vehicle, and the opportunity to make a difference in a growing organization?

Our client is a market-leading coffee and tea distributor seeking a Field-Based Service Engineer to join their dynamic service team. This established business maintains long-term client relationships, provides exposure to the latest commercial coffee technology, and supports a network of experienced engineers with a late-model Ford Transit Connect.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of professional Bean-to-Cup coffee machines, as well as traditional espresso equipment, grinders, boilers, and water filtration systems. You will receive comprehensive manufacturer training, advanced diagnostic tools, and technical support from industry specialists.

If you have experience working with commercial-grade coffee machines from leading brands like Jura, Gaggia, Mazocco, or La Cimbali, our client offers a competitive remuneration package, along with all necessary tools and uniform.

The Role:

• Install, commission, and set up commercial bean-to-cup coffee machines
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on professional coffee equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in bean-to-cup systems
• Provide user familiarization and cleaning training for end users
• Occasional overnight stays may be required based on site needs
• 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times

• Comfortable with regular travel across Scotland
