Qualifications

• Two years or more in technical/electrical/electro-mechanical field service or similar role.
• Proven ability to work in a customer-facing field service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns on customer sites, perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to required standards.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
