Job summary

Ocular Integration Limited is seeking a Field Based Engineer to maintain and repair complex CCTV, access control, and perception systems across large sites. The role requires willingness to stay away from home and cover flexible hours as part of a dynamic, remote-support team.

The successful candidate will work on varied, high-end systems, providing hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring high service standards for our clients.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of CCTV, IT and PID systems on varying scales.
• Sound knowledge of access control systems with site muster.
• On-site repair capability and broad system understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable, courteous, efficient service to clients.
• Maintain a positive company image through professional conduct.
• Close or update helpdesk tickets at the end of each service visit.
• Ensure company vehicle is maintained in good working order.
• Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and travel.
• Adhere to company management systems and procedures.
• Undertake other duties as required by the Service Manager.
• Assist with call-out rota and on-site support.
