Luton Bennett is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair forklifts and related equipment across Worcester and Redditch. You will operate on customer sites with a fully expensed van, comprehensive training, and a starting salary of £32,000–£34,000 plus a 5% bonus and monthly commissions.

The role offers stable hours and strong training support. Typical hours are 8:00–16:30 Monday to Thursday, with Friday until 4:00pm.

Competenze

• Demonstrate mechanical service and repair skills.
• Ideally have engine diagnostics.
• Some basic electrical skills considered a plus.
• Engineers from plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar welcome.

Mansioni

• Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery on a field service basis.
• Reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated geographical area.
• Complete comprehensive training to get fully competent on all machinery and equipment.
• Spares placed in van overnight.

8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday & Friday 4pm

£32,000 - £34,000 Starting Salary + Annual 5% Bonus (Circa £2700) + Commission (£50 to £500 a month)

Field Service Engineer role available in a highly successful manufacturer of forklift trucks. The role will suit those looking to join a employee driven company offering comprehensive training and support.

The Field Service Engineer role will be suitable for engineers from any kind of plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural, cleaning equipment or similar. This is also a great career opportunity for vehicle technicians looking to move into a new industry as the company will fully train. You need to demonstrate mechanical service and repair skills, ideally have engine diagnostic and some basic electrical skills.

Part of a team of engineers, you'll be responsible for carrying out service and repairs on a range of forklifts. No stay away or extensive travel is required. Excellent OTE available through overtime and commission.
