Job Opportunity: Field Service Engineer

Based in Weston-super-Mare | Travel within 2-Hour Radius

Salary: £25,000-£45,000

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technical work and customer service? We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role that combines workshop-based repairs with on-site service visits.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader offering the chance to further develop your skills through training whilst working on a range of projects.

In this role, you will receive full training on industry equipment, as well as the opportunity to progress into a managerial role in the future.

What You'll Do:

• Service, repair, and maintain amusement machines both in our workshop and on customer sites
• Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
• Diagnose faults and deliver timely, effective solutions
• Maintain accurate service records and logs

About You:

• Organised, self-motivated, and dependable
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Experience with amusement machines or similar technical roles preferred
