Why Choose ENVEA?

As a global leader in environmental monitoring solutions, ENVEA is committed to innovation and sustainability. We understand the importance of work-life balance and prioritise assigning work within your local area to keep time away from home to a minimum. While travel is a core part of the role, overnight stays are rare and limited, ensuring your personal life is respected.

At ENVEA, you’re never on your own. Our team of experienced field engineers, technical specialists, and senior engineers are always on hand to provide guidance and assistance during site visits and technical challenges. With the support of dedicated supervisors and a knowledgeable technical support team, we’ll help you build confidence and excel in your role.

What You’ll Do

In this exciting and varied role, you’ll be the face of ENVEA, delivering expert service and support to customers in your allocated region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • On-Site Expertise: Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find (to board level) ENVEA’s state-of-the-art equipment at industrial sites.
  • Customer Training: Help customers maximise the potential of their systems with training on functionality and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues and provide clear solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Feedback and Collaboration: Share your field insights with our internal teams to drive product improvements and future innovations.
  • Documentation: Accurately maintain service records and ensure timely completion of reports.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for customer service. Our ideal candidate has:

  • A degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in electronics, ideally within instrumentation or an industrial environment.
  • Previous field service experience (a plus).
  • Knowledge of gas analysers or particulate emission monitors (advantageous but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A full UK driving licence (held for at least three years).

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You’re a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re resilient, organised, and can prioritise tasks effectively.
  • You have a logical mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You’re flexible and willing to adapt to new challenges.

Perks of the Job

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A strong focus on work-life balance, with travel mostly limited to your local area.
  • Comprehensive support from technical specialists, supervisors, and senior engineers to help you succeed.
  • Opportunities for professional development and training.
  • The chance to work with cutting-edge technology in a globally respected company.
