Job Opportunity: Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer opportunity available with our client, a global leader in advanced pump solutions, pioneering technologies that enhance water and energy efficiency across various sectors, including water supply, heating, cooling, and wastewater management.

Due to expansion within the South region, our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with a good working knowledge of pumps to join their London service team. The role involves providing servicing and maintenance support to well-known clients in and around the M25 area.

Benefits:

• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
• Flexible working hours with early finish options
• Company pension: 5% to 17.5%
• Yearly bonus: 5% to 10% of annual salary

• Overtime at 1.5x, rising to 2x

Responsibilities:

• Servicing and maintaining a wide range of pumps, including those manufactured by the company and competitors
• Dealing directly with commercial and residential clients, providing excellent customer service
• Responding to jobs via PDA system and traveling across London daily
• Ensuring efficient pump stripping, reassembly, and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• Confident in working with various pumps, including diesel, sprinkler, clean water, and wastewater systems
• Previous mobile engineering experience
• Based in or near the M25
• Electrical qualifications such as 18th Edition and Test & Inspect are desirable
