Job summary

NEOS Engineering is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to cover Grantham and surrounding areas. The role involves visiting customer sites to service, maintain and repair specialist equipment, reducing downtime and ensuring optimal operation.

You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults, perform preventative maintenance, and provide professional technical support while upholding safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Plant Engineer or similar (grouped).
• Strong mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Good hydraulic fault-finding ability.
• Electrical/diagnostic experience.
• Experience working on plant, construction, agricultural or specialist equipment.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to carry out servicing and repairs.

£33,280 - £37,440 + Overtime + Commission Opportunity + Company Van + Fuel Card

40 Hours Per Week | Permanent

NEOS Engineering are recruiting for an experienced Field Service Engineer to cover Grantham and the surrounding areas for an established specialist equipment business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working independently, visiting customer sites and solving technical problems in the field.

The Role

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of specialist equipment at customer locations, helping to minimise downtime and keep machinery operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
