Location: Northampton area base - covering UK and Europe
Salary: c £36k + generous benefits, van, exceptional allowances, expenses, with realistic first-year earnings of £55k-£60k

Due to ongoing success and strategic growth, they are seeking a dynamic, multi-skilled Field Service Engineer to join their professional engineering team. The role involves installing and maintaining handling solutions and supporting customers both domestically and internationally.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will perform a broad range of reactive and preventative maintenance activities on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The role requires a customer-facing approach, emphasizing high-quality service and satisfaction.
Initially, comprehensive training will cover health and safety, working at height, and equipment operation. Subsequently, responsibilities include:
Additional duties include assisting with installation and commissioning of machinery, adhering to health and safety regulations, and working independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work in various locations and environments is essential.
Ideal candidates will have experience in plant and equipment maintenance, particularly within materials handling or automatic process equipment, with a strong mechanical background. Being multi-skilled and self-motivated to work in diverse environments is crucial.
