Job summary

CV Technical LTD is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our global team. You will be responsible for on-site servicing, preventative maintenance and initial fault finding on weighing equipment across customer sites in the UK and Worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Attend service and breakdown visits across the Northwest of England.
• Attend occasional service and breakdown visits across the rest of the UK and Worldwide.
• Identify and supply replacement parts to customers in a time-critical manner.
• Complete service sheets electronically on an iPad and submit to the Spares & Service coordinator in a timely manner.
• Visiting key customers regularly to maintain customer satisfaction on days without a pre-booked visit.
• Deliver an extremely high standard of customer support.
• Prioritise the technical concerns and issues of customers from many locations.
• Attend trade shows where necessary.
