TipTopJob is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide service, repair and calibration on laboratory equipment across the UK, focusing on Northampton and Milton Keynes. You will join an established team and receive full training to handle centrifuges, incubators and other lab instruments.

The role involves planning your workload, arranging customer visits, travel across the UK and occasional overnight stays. A electro-mechanical background with a willingness to travel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan your own workload and arrange appointments with customers.
• Focus on client sites in Northampton/Milton Keynes with further travel across the UK.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

• Base Salary: A GBP 32,000
• Realistic OTE: A GBP 40,000 to A GBP 45,000

Field Service Engineer required for an industry leading service provider to the medical and laboratory industries offering training.

This role would suit candidates from any electro:mechanical background as full product related training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service, repair, and calibration work to laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, incubators, freezers etc. You will be joining an existing team of six engineers who cover customer sites in the UK. Candidates may be required to travel further afield and occasionally stay overnight to support the wider team as needed.
