Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and calibrate laboratory equipment across the UK. The role is based around Northampton with travel to client sites, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

Full training is provided and there is a generous package including a base salary of £32,000 plus on-target earnings, car allowance and performance bonuses. The successful candidate will work on centrifuges, incubators, freezers, ovens and water baths, joining an established

Field Service Engineer

Base Salary: £32,000

Realistic OTE: £40,000 to £45,000

£2,000 Car Allowance

Bonus on Additional Hours and Spare Parts Approximately £6,000 to £11,000

Additional Sales Bonus on new equipment and service contracts (10%)

Expensed Mileage / Transport (55p for First 10,000 Miles)

Field Service Engineer required for an industry leading service provider to the medical and laboratory industries offering training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service, repair, and calibration work to laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, incubators, freezers, ovens, and water baths. You will be joining an existing team of six engineers who cover customer sites in the UK. Candidates may be required to travel further afield and occasionally stay overnight to support the wider team as needed.
