Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our field-based service team across the North West. You will service, maintain and repair generators at customer sites, working in a fast-paced, hands-on, customer-facing environment.

You will need generator experience, electrical qualifications, and a full UK driving licence. The role involves fault finding, load bank testing, and working with engine brands and control systems (DSE, ComAp, DEIF).

Qualifications

• Experience working with generators across service, maintenance and repair tasks.
• Electrical qualifications are required for fault diagnosis and repair work.
• Ability to fault find mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• CSCS or ECS card is required to access sites.
• A full UK driving licence is essential for field visits.
