Job summary

TSG UK is seeking a Field Service Engineer to keep our customers' commercial wash equipment operating at its best. You’ll diagnose faults, carry out repairs and install brand-new systems in the field, becoming the trusted expert our customers rely on to keep operations running smoothly.

Based in or around High Wycombe/Aylesbury, you’ll work independently or with a team, enjoy hands-on problem solving and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical activities including diagnostics, repair and installation.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Willingness to train and develop across technologies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in wash equipment and carry out repairs.
• Install brand-new systems and ensure proper operation.
• Provide planned maintenance and on-site support to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and communicate findings clearly.
