Job summary

TSG UK is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service commercial wash equipment across customer sites in Taunton and surrounding areas. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and install brand-new systems, ensuring customers operate at peak efficiency.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with clients. Training is provided and there are opportunities to grow with ongoing grading and development paths.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical/technical aptitude preferred.
• Customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills a plus.

• Diagnose faults and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Install and commission brand-new wash systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and provide training to customers.
