Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Generator Field Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair generators across customer sites in Gosport and the surrounding area. You will diagnose faults, provide effective solutions and minimise downtime while delivering excellent customer service.

You will travel to sites, work independently, manage your workload and keep the service van stocked with the right tools to maximise first-time fixes. NVQ L3/City & Guilds desirable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on generator field service experience required.
• NVQ L3 or City & Guilds in electrical and/or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Own tools and driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair generators to ensure performance and reliability.
