Petroassist UK Ltd., part of the Petrotec Group, is a nationwide business specializing in sales, service, and installation of forecourt equipment, including pumps, payment terminals, tank gauges, and other ancillary equipment.

The primary role involves providing preventative and reactive maintenance on electronic and mechanical fuel dispensing equipment and related petrol retail forecourt equipment. The role requires working independently within a team, maintaining high standards of customer service, and adhering to EHS processes and procedures.

This position is based in the Dartford region.

Responsibilities

• Fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electronic petrol forecourt equipment, including fuel pumps, POS systems, pump controllers, tank gauges, DCDs, tank probes, submerged pump systems, and PA systems.
• Completing planned preventative maintenance programs.
• Assessing and reporting accidental damage for costing purposes.
• Commissioning new and refurbished sites.
• Managing inventory of van stock.
• Verifying and calibrating new and refurbished fuel dispensers.
• Conducting site surveys.
• Working in confined spaces for maintenance of certain equipment.

Qualification Requirements

• Mechanical competence.
• Valid driver's license.
