Salary and Benefits: £30,000 - £45,000 + Company Van + No Stayaways + No Call Out Rota + Monday to Friday (40 Hours) + Training + Progression + Enhanced Overtime

This expanding, family-run business specializes in the supply and repair of a wide range of machinery. They are now looking for a mechanically biased Service Engineer to join their team, with the opportunity to develop into a specialist in your chosen field over time.

This is a Monday to Friday, field-based role. You will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and electrical fault finding on a variety of construction and agricultural machinery across sites throughout the West Midlands.

The Role:

1. Field-based (West Midlands Patch)
2. Service, maintenance, and repair of construction/agricultural machinery
3. Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
4. Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (Some weekend availability)

The Person:

1. Experience in servicing and maintaining plant/construction/agricultural machinery
2. Mechanically biased, with experience in electrical fault finding
3. Lives within a commutable distance to Crewe
4. Full UK driving license
