Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and MHE across Worcester/Redditch and surrounding areas. You will diagnose faults, perform planned maintenance and carry out breakdown repairs, with the autonomy to organise your own workload.

Full training and a strong back-office support is provided. The role offers a Monday–Friday 40-hour week, with overtime opportunities and door-to-door pay.

Qualifications

• Must have hands on Servicing or Maintenance Experience.
• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGV's or industrial Vehicles.
• Hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
• Recognised Engineering Qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing forklift trucks and other MHE at customer sites within your area.
• Fault finding, diagnostics and planned maintenance; breakdown repairs as needed.
• Manage your own workload and diary with support from a technical back-office team.
• Benefit from ongoing manufacturer training and development to stay up-to-date.

Shift: Monday to Friday - 40 Hours

Job Role: I'm working with a market-leading materials handling business that's looking to add an experienced Field Service Engineer to its growing team. This role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing forklift trucks and a range of MHE across customer sites within your local area. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for fault finding, diagnostics, planned maintenance and breakdown repairs, with the autonomy to organise your own workload and diary. You'll be fully supported by a strong technical back-office team and benefit from ongoing manufacturer training and development, ensuring you stay up to date with the latest equipment and technologies.
