Pioneer Selection Ltd is working with a market-leading materials handling business to recruit a Field Service Engineer. The role covers servicing, maintaining and repairing forklift trucks and MHE at customer sites in Somerset/TA postcodes, with autonomy to plan your workload and diary.

You'll receive ongoing manufacturer training, a company van and fuel card, with overtime paid door-to-door and a company pension scheme. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must have hands-on servicing or maintenance experience.
• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGVs.
• Experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Aufgaben

• Service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and MHE across customer sites within your local area.
• Fault finding, diagnostics, planned maintenance and breakdown repairs, with workload and diary organisation.

Job Title - Field Service Engineer

Location - Covering TA Postcodes (Somerset)

Salary: £32,000 - £42,500 (Depending on Experience and Hours)

Shift: Monday to Friday - 40 Hour or 45 Hour Week available

Job Role:

I'm working with a market-leading materials handling business that's looking to add an experienced Field Service Engineer to its growing team. This role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing forklift trucks and a range of MHE across customer sites within your local area.

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for fault finding, diagnostics, planned maintenance and breakdown repairs, with the autonomy to organise your own workload and diary. You'll be fully supported by a strong technical back-office team and benefit from ongoing manufacturer training and development, ensuring you stay up to date with the latest equipment and technologies.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of Field Service Engineer:

• Must have hands on Servicing or Maintenance Experience

Essential requirements of Field Service Engineer:

• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGV's or industrial Vehicles.
• Have hands-on experience in the following disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.
• Recognised Engineering Qualification.
• Full UK Driving License

Desirable Requirements of Field Service Engineer:

• Previously have worked as a Field Service Engineer.
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Engineering.
