We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to visit customers' homes across Bedford and surrounding areas, troubleshoot and repair appliances, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers autonomy, a competitive benefits package, and opportunities for bonuses and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit customers' homes to diagnose and repair appliance issues
2. Manage your daily schedule and keep customers and colleagues updated
3. Maintain stock levels in your van
4. Upsell products and services with bonus incentives

Qualifications and Skills

• A full, valid driving license
• Organized with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with technical and customer service skills
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred but not essential

Training and Support

Our City and Guilds-assured in-house training will prepare you to deliver excellent service.

• Starting salary of £33,903 (no White Goods experience) or £38,423 (with at least 6 months recent White Goods experience)
