Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited is looking for a Field Service Engineer to cover a UK-wide patch, with Basildon as a local base. You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on fuel pumps and enjoy a clear progression path.

The role is home-based with Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm, optional weekend cover on a 1 in 3 schedule, and overtime payable at double time. A full UK driving license is required and training is provided.

Are you a Field Service Engineer from an ex-forces background or similar, looking for a field-based reactive mechanical maintenance role?

Do you want to join a company that offers full specialist onboarding, and the opportunity to earn more with overtime and door to door pay?

On offer is the chance to join a market leader in their industry for over 20 years, specialising in reactive maintenance of fuel pumps. You will be working a primarily regional patch with the potential to work UK wide. You will undergo a specialist training program to introduce you to the industry, followed by specialist support from the senior engineers.

In this varied role, perform both preventative but predominately reactive maintenance across the UK. This position offers the option to increase your wages through overtime. You will be home based working Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm, covering 1 in 3 weekends 8:30-5pm Saturday and on-call Sundays at double-time.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer from a mechanical background or similar, with experience in reactive maintenance and repair looking, for a company who invest in training and offer clear routes to progress your career.
