Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer for a primarily regional UK patch based in Gloucester. You will receive full product training and ongoing mentoring while performing preventative and reactive maintenance on fuel pumps.

You will work Monday to Friday with a company vehicle, door-to-door pay, and overtime opportunities. The role offers specialist training and a pathway to progression within the company.

Field Service Engineer (Full Product Training)

£30,000 - £36,000 + OTE £45K + Overtime + Door to Door + Training + Company Van + Fuel Card

Are you a Field Service Engineer from a mechanical background or similar, with experience in reactive maintenance and repair?

Do you want to join a company that offers full specialist onboarding, and the opportunity to earn more with overtime and door to door pay?

On offer is the chance to join a market leader in their industry for over 20 years, specialising in reactive maintenance of fuel pumps. You will be working a primarily regional patch with the potential to work UK wide. You will undergo a specialist training program to introduce you to the industry, followed by specialist support from the senior engineers.

In this varied role, perform both preventative but predominately reactive maintenance across the UK. This position offers the option to increase your wages through overtime. You will be home based working Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm, covering 1 in 3 weekends 8:30-5pm Saturday and on-call Sundays at double-time.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer from a mechanical background or similar, with experience in reactive maintenance and repair looking, for a company who invest in training and offer clear routes to progress your career.
