Job summary

Escape Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Field Service Electrician for UK-wide travel. You will install, commission and test electrical systems, inspect and fault-find, and produce technical reports across sites nationwide.

You will travel regularly, stay away overnight, and work with a team of engineers and trades. The role offers strong earning potential with travel allowances and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations.
• 18th Edition certification.
• JIB Gold Card.
• City & Guilds 2391.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and testing experience.
• Willingness to travel and stay away regularly.
• Reliable, proactive and safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Installing and commissioning electrical systems.

£40,000 with OTE of up to £60,000

Are you a qualified Electrician looking for a role that offers variety, travel, technical challenge and genuine earning potential?

We're looking for an experienced Field Service Electrician to join an established engineering team based in Manningtree.

This is a hands‑on position where you'll travel to sites throughout the UK, carrying out electrical installation, commissioning, testing, inspection and fault finding.
