Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Measurement, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in after-sales service, maintenance, or repair of electronic equipment.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
• Customer-focused and able to perform effectively in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of French is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with safety procedures and the use of tools, equipment, and test environments.
• Support the setup, organization, and development of the laboratory as new operations are introduced.
• Perform annual calibration of Eddyfi instruments in accordance with international standards.
• Diagnose, repair, and conduct quality assurance testing on Eddyfi equipment.
• Analyze electrical schematics and collaborate with R&D on solutions.
• Carry out on-site calibration, maintenance, and repair activities with customers.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and minor repairs for additional product lines.
• Maintain complete traceability of service operations and report calibration irregularities.
• Act as the primary technical contact for service inquiries and customer satisfaction.
• Manage local spare parts inventory and coordinate parts orders with European Service Center.
