Job summary

AWD online is seeking a Field Calibration Technician to service and calibrate process instrumentation across customer sites and our workshop. You will perform field and workshop calibrations, prepare service reports and test certificates, and support clients in a range of industrial sectors.

The role requires strong calibration experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel across Great Britain and the Continent.

Qualifications

Instrumentation calibration experience in sectors such as chemical, life sciences, power, food, steel, water, wastewater, oil and gas, or petrochemical.
Full driving licence.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with ability to work on your own initiative and in a team.
Organised with punctuality and timekeeping.
Flexible approach to working activities.

Responsibilities

Carry Out Calibration Work: Complete field and workshop calibrations on process instrumentation.
Service and Repair Equipment: Provide calibration service and repair support for process instrumentation.
Support Customer Sites: Travel across Great Britain and the Continent, with occasional travel.
Prepare Documentation: Raise accurate service reports and test certificates.
Build Client Relationships: Represent the organisation professionally on site.
Balance Field and Workshop Work: Work across field and workshop activities.
