Field Sales Representative (AFH)

Location: York

Contract Type: Permanent

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time role offers a salary of £29,033 and many compelling benefits.

About Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and achieve sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining relationships and creating new business opportunities. You will become an expert in the soft drinks category, interacting with customers such as independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes. Your focus will be on promoting brands and solutions aligned with business objectives.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with a diverse customer base across the HoReCa sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), helping to drive visibility, availability, and advocacy for our leading soft drinks portfolio.

  • No experience? No problem! We provide full training, tools, and support to get you up to speed. We're looking for someone who works well with others, loves staying active, and thrives in a hands-on role.
  • Previous experience in the HoReCa industry, licensed pubs, or hospitality environments is highly desirable, especially in a customer-facing role.
  • You need a full, clean UK driving license, eligibility to work in the UK, and live within a 60-minute commute of the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, with experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale, and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital technologies like iPhone and iPad to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to manage your workload and schedule independently while meeting targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritization skills to ensure efficiency and manage multiple tasks effectively.
