Role Description

This is a full-time field sales role based in Harlow for a Field Sales Representative at FITTER HOME LIMITED. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales visits to residential properties, demonstrating products, negotiating agreements, and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of construction materials and products
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry
• Driving license and access to a vehicle
• Previous experience in field sales is a plus
• Computer literacy for sales tracking and reporting

You need to demonstrate experience in selling home improvements. As a company utilizing leading-edge technologies, you will be trained in our systems and products, including our finance facilities (we are FCA authorized), to maximize your earnings potential. You will not be expected to self-generate inquiries; we will provide leads and show you how to nurture them into deals.

• As this is a self-employed role, you will need to provide your own transport and have a laptop capable of running Microsoft systems.
