NCH Europe is hiring a Sales Representative for the Liverpool/Cheshire region in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on building customer relationships, selling chemical and maintenance products, and driving sales in a field-based environment.

The position offers an uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £35-45k, plus a company car or car allowance, pension, and other benefits. A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Qualificações

• Experienced in a customer-facing environment.
• Confident with cold calling or field sales—B2B or B2C experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Highly organised, clear in communication, and eager to grow your sales career.
• A relationship-builder who can earn trust and influence buying decisions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to maximise your uncapped commission.
• A holder of a valid UK driving licence (essential for this field based role)

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Sell high-quality chemical and technical maintenance, repair products, and equipment.
• Work independently in the field, identifying sales opportunities and driving results.
• Visit customer sites to demonstrate products and showcase the value we deliver.
• Attend team meetings, product training, and development sessions.
• Collaborate closely with our dedicated customer service team who support you every step of the way
