Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover a roaming North England territory, including Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Hull and York. You will drive Red Bull Grocery availability, visibility and promotions across stores, advancing prime space and shelf presence.

The role offers a permanent contract with a base salary plus quarterly KPI bonus, company vehicle, and tools, within a dynamic impulse sales team. You’ll operate on the front line with major brands in retail environments.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus — not a must.

Responsibilities

• Owning relationships with key in-store decision makers.
• Influencing range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
• Executing high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Using data and insight to prioritise high-value stores.
• Spotting gaps, fixing issues, and maximising every visit.
• Reporting activity accurately and feeding back market insight.
• Competing to be the best — and being rewarded when you are.
• Provide flexible support across territories and channels during peak periods, launches, and key business initiatives.
