Job summary

Epos Now Group is seeking a driven Field Sales Consultant to win new business within defined UK territories, meeting merchants face-to-face and nurturing warm inbound leads. You will own your territory, build a strong pipeline, and close deals across EPOS systems, payments, and terminals.

This field-based role focuses on high performance, relationship-building, and delivering results with uncapped commissions. Strong closing skills and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales or face-to-face sales experience.
• Experience selling POS systems, payments, or merchant services.
• Strong track record of closing deals.
• Comfortable generating leads through in-person prospecting.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Territory Ownership: Manage and grow a defined local territory.
• New Business Development: Re-engage aged/unconverted leads and convert opportunities.
• Payments Growth: Position integrated payments as a core part of every solution; convert terminal opportunities.
• Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage opportunities from prospecting to close and go-live handover; deliver in-person demos.
