Job summary

OA is recruiting a Field Sales Manager to join a successful healthcare services company in Southern England, covering Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire. The role is field-based with remote working and involves 6–8 customer visits per day to drive sales and grow the pharmacy portfolio.

You will manage 200+ active accounts, build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand product ranges while achieving sales targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience essential, ideally within retail.
• Pharmaceutical/pharmacy or healthcare products background desirable.
• Self-motivated and commercially driven to achieve results.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and win new business.
• Confident, articulate and proactive with a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of at least 200 active retail pharmacy accounts and reactivate lapsed customers.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers, delivering excellent service and growing sales.
• Generate new business across the pharmacy sector and identify opportunities in new markets.
• Increase order values and expand product ranges across pharmacy accounts.
• Conduct 6–8 customer visits per day to drive sales and account growth.
• Achieve demanding but realistic sales targets across an established territory.
• Identify market opportunities and adapt sales strategies to the evolving pharmacy landscape.

OA are recruiting for a Field Sales Manager to join our client's highly successful healthcare services company.

Our client has an exciting new employment opportunity in a field sales role in which the successful applicant would form part of a very friendly and highly ambitious team within a fast moving and dynamic business environment.

Location

Southern England - covering Hampshire/Dorset/Wiltshire

Hours

Monday to Friday. 8:30 - 5:30. Remote working as the role is field based.

Salary

OTE £45,000 (uncapped) incorporating Basic Salary £27,000
