Job summary

OA Group is recruiting for a Field Sales Manager to join a fast-moving healthcare services company covering Southern England (Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire). The role is field-based with remote working options, Monday to Friday, and a total package including uncapped OTE.

The successful candidate will manage 200+ pharmacy accounts, build strong relationships, and drive growth across the pharmacy sector through strategic account management and proactive new business development.

Qualifications

• Previous field sales experience is essential.
• Pharmaceutical/healthcare product background desirable.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills required.
• Self-motivated, commercially astute and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of active retail pharmacy accounts (200+).
• Build strong relationships with customers and drive high-quality service.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand product ranges.
• Generate new business across the pharmacy sector and existing markets.
• Conduct 6–8 customer visits per day to drive new sales and account growth.
• Achieve demanding sales targets across an established territory.
• Adapt sales strategies to evolving pharmacy landscape.

Field Sales Manager

OA are recruiting for aField Sales Manager to join our client's highly successful healthcare services company.

Our client has an exciting new employment opportunity in a field sales role in which the successful applicant would form part of a very friendly and highly ambitious team within a fast moving and dynamic business environment.

Location:Southern England - covering Hampshire/Dorset/Wiltshire

Hours: Monday to Friday. 8:30 - 5:30. Remote working as the role is field based.

Salary: OTE £45,000 (uncapped) incorporating Basic Salary £27,000

Field Sales Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of at least 200 active retail pharmacy accounts, while reactivating lapsed customers.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers, delivering excellent service and identifying opportunities to grow sales.
• Generate new business across the pharmacy sector, identifying opportunities in new and existing markets.
• Increase order values and expand product ranges across pharmacy accounts.
• Conduct 6-8 customer visits per day, driving new sales, account growth and product category expansion.
• Achieve demanding but realistic sales targets across an established territory.
• Identify market opportunities and adapt sales strategies to the evolving pharmacy landscape.

Field Sales Manager Skills & Experience

• Previous field sales experience is essential, ideally within retail.
• A pharmaceutical, pharmacy or healthcare product background is desirable.
• Self-motivated, commercially astute and driven to achieve results.
