Field Sales Manager
Location: Essex / East Anglia / Kent
Salary: £40,000 + Bonus + Company Car
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

We're now looking for a Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of developing business across Essex, East Anglia, and Kent.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your territory—proactively identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. With the support of a National Sales Manager, you'll have the autonomy to manage your pipeline while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B customers across your region

Support team members in servicing and growing larger key accounts

Identify and convert new business opportunities to exceed sales targets

Monitor performance and provide monthly reports on KPIs and ROI

Visit clients regularly, issue quotes, and ensure prompt resolution of queries

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a commercially-minded, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment. You’ll need to be a confident communicator, a natural problem-solver, and someone who’s always one step ahead when it comes to spotting opportunities.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven track record in field sales, preferably in consumables, PPE, or industrial supplies

Self-motivated with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Confident working independently and managing a busy schedule

Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail and performance analysis

Strong IT skills and comfortable using CRM and reporting tools
