Sykes Cottages, part of Forge Holiday Group, is seeking a Field Based Sales Manager to lead and develop our nationwide network of self-employed Property Consultants. You’ll drive sales performance, manage the pipeline, and share insights with Product, Technology and Data teams to raise conversion and owner acquisition.

This role sits at the heart of our Property Onboarding team, blending coaching, pipeline management and strategic stakeholder engagement to deliver ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and coaching a field-based sales team.
• Strong pipeline management and conversion optimization skills.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
