Job summary

Prime Placers is seeking a dynamic Sales/Business Development Executive to drive growth in the courier and palletised freight market. You will own a high-potential territory, win new clients, and build tailored pricing for pallet movements while managing a robust CRM pipeline and collaborating across internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in pallet freight or courier sales, a proven ability to win new business, and strong face-to-face selling skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in pallet freight, groupage, haulage, or courier sales.
• Proven track record of winning and retaining new business, not just inherited accounts.
• CRM familiarity and strong numbers-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a high-potential territory (WD & HP) with national opportunities.
• Win new palletised freight and courier clients (SMEs to large shippers).
• Conduct 3+ in-person visits per day to identify shipping needs and tailor solutions.
• Build pricing models for pallet movements and trailer volumes.
• Maintain a 4x sales pipeline in CRM and deliver weekly reports.
• Cross-sell express, same-day, and DG courier services.
• Collaborate with Ops, Transport, Warehouse, and Finance for onboarding.
