Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + high uncapped OTE

We are recruiting for a Field Sales Business Development role with a company offering a wide range of Fire & Security products and services such as CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and Fire Systems.

This role is based out of their Edinburgh offices and involves a 360° sales approach, identifying, pursuing, and arranging meetings with prospects across Central Scotland, with multiple revenue streams from fire and security solutions.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in selling these products and services, understands the target customer profile, and can develop and grow accounts effectively.

Key qualities include being personable, self-motivated, and having excellent communication skills. The position offers significant earning potential, with a basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, and top performers earning around double through bonuses. A driving license is essential, with a car allowance included.
