Field Sales Representative - Telecoms and IT Services

Location: Remote in Northern Ireland, with 1 day in the office per week for collaboration

Basic Salary: £30K – 38K Negotiable, dependent on experience

Realistic and achievable OTE: £70K

About the Company:

Our client is a leading Managed Service Provider offering comprehensive IT, Telecoms, and IoT solutions. They partner with clients across Northern Ireland and Ireland to deliver best-in-class services that support business growth, compliance, and continuity. Their core services include phone systems, connectivity solutions, mobile services, and managed IT services.

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the full range of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland markets.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Promote and sell services, including phone systems, connectivity solutions, mobile services, and managed IT services.
  4. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Experience Required:

  1. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the IT or telecommunications sectors.
  2. Strong understanding of IT and telecoms solutions.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Northern Ireland.

What's on Offer:

  1. Basic salary of between £30K and £38K, negotiable depending on experience.
  2. Realistic OTE of £60K to £70,000. Existing team are exceeding target.
  3. A supportive and collaborative work environment.
