Salary and Benefits: Basic annual salary of £40,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonus/commission (scope to earn 100% of salary), company car (or allowance), and a flexible benefits package including hybrid working, up to 27 days holiday (plus additional annual leave purchasing scheme).

The Field Sales Executive Role

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, this is a ‘full sales cycle’ role. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers while dedicating time to new business generation. Success depends on your ability to build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, continually reviewing needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a business plan for your territory to maximize sales and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong sales administration, including CRM (Dynamics) usage for follow-up on leads, inquiries, and quotes.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to meet client needs, developing a strong knowledge of all packaging solutions and product range.
