Job Role: Field Sales and Account Management

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join a growing business in a field-based sales and account management role. You will work with a diverse range of brands in the FMCG non-food sector, providing an excellent platform to develop your career in commercial sales.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing a defined territory with an existing account base of Independent and Convenience stores, as well as some specialist retailers.
2. Developing new business opportunities within your territory.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with your accounts, acting as a mini-Business Manager to support mutual growth.
4. Utilizing your skills in sales, account management, creative merchandising, and new business development.

This role requires you to be well-organized, confident in working remotely, and driven to meet targets and KPIs.

Candidate requirements:

• An enthusiastic individual who enjoys face-to-face interactions with customers.
• A goal-oriented person who aims to achieve sales targets.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally, with two or more years of field sales experience in FMCG, retail management, or commercial sales.
