Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment in Birmingham is seeking a Field Sales Executive to cover the Birmingham area, winning SME business through face-to-face sales.

The role offers £37,000 base plus £5,000 car allowance and uncapped commission (OTE £60K), with a high-activity, high-reward environment and hands-on territory ownership. You will be engaging local business owners and driving growth across SME accounts in the region.

• Experience in B2B or field sales (minimum 2 years).
• Comfortable with cold calling and self-generating opportunities.
• Target-driven with a strong hunter mindset.
• Confident, personable and commercially aware.
• Full UK driving licence.
