MultiStaff Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our client's Commercial team based at the Shropshire Depot, traveling to communities to promote a doorstep milk and dairy delivery service.

This customer-facing role rewards confidence and enthusiasm, with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and a typical 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator able to influence and engage others.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work on own initiative.
• Positive outlook with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable approaching and talking to new people.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• DBS check required (company-supported).
• Previous sales experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Targeted doorstep canvassing to promote local doorstep delivery service.
• Acting as a brand ambassador, communicating company values and story.
• Engaging with potential customers, explaining the range of fresh, local dairy products.
• Recognising objections and overcoming them with a positive, professional approach.
• Collecting new customer details and liaising with internal departments for processing.
• Travelling to and from target locations to support community growth.
• Working to weekly sales targets with unlimited earning potential.
