Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to represent Sazerac across major retailers in Birmingham & Black Country. In this role, you'll champion brand visibility, maximise in-store execution, and use insights to boost performance across your territory.

You don't need years of sales experience; attitude and energy matter. A full UK driving licence is required, and you will work in a field-based, fast-paced retail environment with a competitive base salary (£30k) plus £3k

Qualifications

• Must be confident, self-motivated and target driven.
• Full UK manual driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store visits to deliver core KPIs.
• Create standout in-store displays and interventions to drive incremental sales.
• Build relationships with store colleagues to secure space and impactful displays.
• Ensure promotions and product launches are executed flawlessly.
• Capture accurate data and report activities through 360.
• Provide feedback on competitor behaviour and market trends.
• Use sales insights to take proactive actions in store.
