Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to cover an extensive Oxfordshire, Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire territory, promoting Heinz across major retailers. You will drive in-store visibility, execute promotions, and build strong relationships with store teams to deliver KPI-driven results.

You’ll work with a dynamic team, use 360 and MS Office to capture data, and report insights to maximise performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• IT literacy and proficiency with mobile data capture tools.
• Experience with tools like 360 and MS Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store visits across the territory to deliver KPIs.
• Create standout in-store displays and drive incremental sales.
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues to secure space and impactful displays.
• Ensure flawless and compliant execution of promotions and product launches.
• Capture accurate data and report activities through 360.
• Provide feedback on competitor behaviour and market trends.
